Church Strengthening Team

There are a lot of great churches in Birmingham. Some are large, some small, and others are somewhere between. BCM is supported by many of these local churches. But, we believe we are to support local churches as well. Last year we mobilized a group of students to invest 10 weeks of their semester to attend and assist a church (Eastside Baptist) in their youth and children’s ministry. This year we are going to help First Baptist Church of Irondale. We will start Sunday September 9.

There are opportunities to help with an outreach to Hispanics at a trailer park, invest in the lives of children, and help change the lives of youth.

If you want to be a part of something truly meaningful and that will make a difference long after you graduate, be a part of the Church Strengthening Team.
